You are viewing the contents of the library.wpd file. This file automatically displays when you enter the reference library by clicking on the library icon or selecting View, Reference Library.
You can use this file as a place to store miscellaneous information, such as a price list or telemarketing script for quick access. If desired, you can create several different reference library documents and attach a particular library to an individual contact or a select group of contacts.
Any document created in the ACT! word processor can become a reference library by attaching the document to one or more contacts. To attach a document to a contact, insert the name of the document into the contact's LIBRARY field at the bottom of contact screen 2. The next time you select to view the reference library from this contact, the attached document will automatically be displayed. (Until a document name is inserted into a contact's library field, selecting to view the reference library displays the contents of this file.)
